1. Services and Deliverables

Scope of Work: The Studio will provide professional mixing and/or mastering services as agreed upon in the initial project booking.

Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the Client will receive high-resolution files (typically 24-bit/48kHz WAV). Additional formats or stems must be requested in advance and may incur extra fees.

Storage: The Studio will archive project files for 90 days post-completion. The Studio is not responsible for data loss after this period.

2. Client Responsibilities (Preparation)

Track Length: The price per track is for 10 min songs. All songs over 10 min in length will incur an additional cost of $15 per min over the 10 mark.

Max Runtime: Songs from 20 min in length and above will be charged as 2 separate songs, each sharing separate runtime costs.

File Submission: The Client must provide consolidated files, clearly labelled, and free of clipping.

Project Specs: Please include a "Rough Mix" and at least two reference tracks to guide the sonic direction.

Changes to Stems: Once mixing has commenced, any replacement of audio files (e.g., a new vocal take) will be billed as an additional administrative fee ($10 per file).

3. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is typically 3 business days per song, starting from the date all files are correctly received and the deposit is paid.

If any post production files are to be delivered after the initial set of files is submitted, Mixing will only begin upon submission of said files.

Emergency "Express" services are available at $350 per song which result in a 24 hour turnaround time.

4. Revision Policy

Included Revisions: Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

Revision Window: Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the initial mix.

Out of Scope: Revisions do not include structural changes to the arrangement or new recordings. Subsequent revisions will be billed at $50.

5. Credits and Royalties

Credit: The Client agrees to list the Studio/Engineer in the credits of the digital and physical release (e.g., "Mixed by [GSC Studio]").

Royalties: Unless otherwise negotiated, the Studio does not claim ownership of the underlying composition or performance royalties.

6. Confidentiality

The Studio will not share, leak, or distribute any Client audio or intellectual property to third parties without express written consent.
